CrossFit Foundations – A prerequisite to our CrossFit class is a three-session small group foundational course. These sessions are 60 minutes each and involve movement assessment, skill development, and a workout. You and an expert coach will discuss the CrossFit methodology, go over all your specific questions, communicate previous injuries or limitations, all to ensure your safety and success!
This course runs during the weeks listed below on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings from 7-8pm.
*Foundations is required for all new members that do not have prior functional fitness experience.
